  Please replace the batteries in the automatic paper towel dispensers!! Kind of embarrassing to walk out of the bathrooms with sopping wet hands to order my coffee! Thank you.

  Ordered a Latte this morning, asked for 2 pumps vanilla instead of 4. Said 1/2 the vanilla please. The teenage girl who took my order wrote the #2 on my cup. I watched the other teenage girl put 4 pumps vanilla in the cup and proceed to make my Latte. When she put it on the counter and called out the order I looked at her and said: "is this 1/2 the syrup?" She looked back at me and said: Yep! Seriously, looked at me and lied. I thought for a second, maybe 1/2 is 4 pumps? NO, got home and it is way too sweet and I had to make a Keurig coffee pod instead. Nice, glad I just wasted $5 on a Latte they can't make the way you request it. So frustrating !
